Kirt Kingzett has been in the real estate industry since 2005. He has worked in every facet of the business from residential to commercial to rehabbing to development to lending to...you name it. He has returned to residential real estate because that's where his passion lies. "I remember the first property I bought," Kirt says, "I was very excited, but at times, it was a little scary because I didn't know what I was doing or what to expect. I like helping people through the process so they can enjoy buying a home, and make sure they get the home that's right for them." Kirt feels that's one of the primary roles of a good real estate agent. "I find that when I explain what is going and give them good information, they're a lot more relaxed, they get much more involved and make great decisions."
Every client is different, and Kirt tailors his services to meet the clients' needs, whatever they are. "Some people are very familiar with the process and they just want the job done. I'm happy to handle it for them. Whatever the level of experience, my goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible. I want them to know I'm here to serve them and protect their interests whatever it takes."
