Lilian came into real estate by way of a nursing career, first. As a registered nurse working in oncology, she learned the true meaning of hard work, dedication and the value of helping others. Her compassionate attitude and ability to empathize with others transitioned well into real estate after a car accident that forced her to retire from bedside nursing.
Springing from two generations of developers and engineers herself, Lilian was no foreigner to the real estate world. Hoping to one day follow in his footsteps, growing up, her father would take her to his various hillside construction sites where he taught her the process of developing a structure starting from simple drawings on a piece of paper. Being exposed to this at such a young age, and now with her husband also in real estate, she has turned her childhood fascination along with her need to serve the public into a passionate and booming real estate career.
“As a nurse, you learn how to really listen… not just to your patient, but to your gut. That’s a trait that I’ve carried with me into real estate and something my clients can count on each and every time. It’s just part of who I am.”
Lilian also finds the time to be actively involved in her community. Several times a year she helps with the “Midnight Mission” to feed the homeless, constructs toy-drives for the children of CHLA during the holidays and volunteers with the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry. She is driven by her passion for traveling; learning about different cultures from around the world and enjoys hiking and Bikram yoga.
