About Lilian
Lilian is a Los Angeles native and a UCLA alumnus. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Lilian worked for a private holding company investing in venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and particularly in real estate.
A very young homeowner, Lilian acquired two homes before the age of 25. She recognized a need in the real estate industry for clients to be represented in their best interest by an agent who cares. She understands your real estate goals whether you are selling, buying, or investing for capital gain or rental income.
Her goal is to Guide, Lead and Protect her clients.
She obtained her real estate broker license and joined Dilbeck Real Estate where her team was awarded the #1 Team in the Company.
In 2018, Lilian became a Broker Associate with a leading technology company revolutionizing the real estate industry. With the support of their tools and staff, she felt better equipped to navigate the constantly changing environment we live in, in order to better care of her clients.
Lilian is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and can assist sellers and buyers with short sale and foreclosure homes.
Lilian is a member of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. She is a Coordinator for the Abraham Lincoln High School Mentoring Program. She was previously a Board Member at a local Homeowners Association. She sponsors a child in Swaziland, Africa, and has been part of several mission trips to Guatamala and Haiti.
