"I was in a tough situation - trying to sell my condo and being a first time home buyer not to mention timing it just right so I could use the funds from my condo to pay for the new home. In regards to the purchase of our new home (which we are ecstatic with by the way!), we gave them numerous "requirements" to begin with which we thought would scare them away such as a home with a view, updated kitchen, 2 levels, big backyard with a pool, etc., etc., etc., but that only made them work harder to find the right house. Unfortunately, the house was so desirable that there were multiple bidders and when it came to the finish line we were neck and neck with another buyer. That's when Lin and Weisbruch used one of their secret weapons and that was the relationships they have developed with other agents over time which I cannot explain how important of a factor that can be in real estate transaction. Although I noticed both Sherry and Vance had numerous contacts throughout the industry that all had positive reviews of them, they did not know this particular Seller's agent but quickly made friends during the final negotiations and that turned out to be the winning formula and we got the house of our dreams.
