Highly professional and responsive, Lydia Yun brings skills in marketing, contract law and superior client communication to the real estate profession. Working closely with well-established broker Dan Urbach, Lydia partners with her fiance Billy Tobenkin to serve buyers, sellers and those interested in learning more about Westside real estate.
She is committed to assisting and guiding clients while executing flawlessly and with exceptional attention to detail. Clients enjoy the team approach, as Lydia and Billy’s skill-sets complement each other and provide a highly personalized, full-service experience.
With a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and as a member of the California State Bar, Lydia’s strengths include negotiating and understanding contracts and other aspects of real estate transactions. In addition, her undergraduate degrees in Art History and Economics are advantageous. Lydia has a keen eye for design and aesthetics, and exceptional insight into the financial aspects of a transaction, enabling clients to better envision a property’s potential or possibilities.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Lydia practiced law and also co-founded Cattus Quartet, a music services business for upscale weddings and private events in Los Angeles. Lydia interfaced with clients, creating highly personalized experiences and building many strong relationships, while truly getting to know the community and its many neighborhoods and lifestyles.
Lydia and Billy enjoy performing chamber music concerts at their home in Pacific Palisades. As a violinist, Lydia has served as concertmaster of local orchestras on the Westside and performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall and Walt Disney Concert Hall.
