Susan is the founding partner of the Sound Group, Global Real Estate Advisory (www.soundgroupca.com)
Splitting her time between Los Angeles and San Francisco, Susan is a huge believer in California real estate (both SF and LA). Beyond that, she's a believer in the transformative power of real estate. As a self-professed house-a-holic herself, she truly loves how dynamic and comprehensive real estate can be and loves helping clients achieve their real estate goals. That being said, she realizes everyone's goals are different. Accordingly when working with Susan you will always be the focus and the search will be about you and your goals. A former investment banker in HK, Susan began her career working with developer clients in Asia. However, her interest in real estate really began as a child. As the daughter of city restauranteurs, she became fascinated by how quickly neighborhoods change. Observing how just a few food & beverage establishments can ignite an area has kept her on the "look out" from a young age. This energy and enthusiasm will be evident from the moment you meet Susan.
Susan holds a Bachelors of Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and is a CFA Charterholder. She has over 12 years of investment banking experience with UBS, Lehman Brothers and Nomura Holdings International.
