Tamara has skillfully sold and leased residential, commercial and income properties throughout Los Angeles. She gained notoriety after multiple listings of hers were featured in The LA Times and helped spearhead relocation efforts during the Porter Ranch gas leak. Tamara has worked as the buyer's agent at multiple small-lot subdivisions making her knowledgeable with local ordinances and zoning laws. She particularly enjoys hand-holding first-time buyers, collaborating with architects, designers, builders, and developers from inception to completion of complex RTI projects.
Tamara attended college in Fresno, CA. Prior to Real Estate, as an entrepreneur at heart, she designed, built, owned, and operated Day Spas and Medical Spas throughout California and Miami. Tamara then went on to hold upper-level sales, consulting, and management positions with companies including Johnson & Johnson. A philanthropist to the core, she donates a portion of her commissions to support various organizations including The Midnight Mission, The ALS Association, Look Good Feel Better and Giveback Homes.
In her spare time Tamara enjoys networking, playing tennis or hiking with her Yorkshire Terrier, Bentley. Always reaching new heights with a love for the sea and sky, Tamara is currently in flight training to obtain her private pilot's license.
