About Thea

Thea is a native Californian and has been living in Downtown Culver City for the last 10 years along with her cocker spaniel, Cullen. She earned her BA in Sociology at UC Irvine with a minor in Linguistics. Finding her aptitude for math pulling her toward finance, she turned her focus toward Accounting and Business Law. After college, Thea excelled as a Business Manager of ultra high net worth clients, primarily in the entertainment industry. Her next step in her career path led her to take on the Director of Finance role for a renowned commercial and residential architecture firm. Thea's foundational experience and understanding of people, communication, money, business, and real property is what makes her the ideal agent for clients who see real estate not only as a home, but also as a long term investment.

Thea began her real estate career back in 2002 as an administrative professional and transaction coordinator for a real estate firm. Since then she has been involved in various aspects of the home buying and selling process, including completing construction on spec homes and building custom homes from the ground up. It was Thea’s passion for helping her clients achieve their dreams that led her back to real estate as a full time agent.

When not helping Los Angeles home buyers and sellers, Thea spends time as a volunteer, feeding the homeless with Under the Bridges and on the Streets. Thea also enjoys baking, dancing & teaching Salsa, art, theatre & music, and making full use of her annual pass to Disneyland. Her favorite words to live by are, “Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.”
