Valerie Talbert

Being in the world of residential real estate since 2000 has allowed me to carry out my passion for helping others. My past experiences, training and early jobs have all shaped me to be the person I today in order to provide my clients with the highest level of service and care.

Growing up in Burbank was idyllic. I loved running around our neighborhood and playing with my local friends. As a young girl I was very driven by success. I enjoyed the feeling of being an entrepreneur. Being motivated came easy as I started off babysitting, ironing, and organizing for my neighbors. Even at this early age, I loved seeing the results that came from hard work, commitment, and dedication. Throughout my college years, I worked at Islands Restaurant while studying at the University of Southern California. While earning my degree, I also obtained my salesperson license and began my journey into selling real estate. It was during these years, I realized that I had a passion for Real Estate.

I currently reside in La Canada Flintridge and have enveloped myself in our community with my husband and I have three amazing children: Ryan, Luke and Alexa. They are the reason I am dedicated and committed to you. In addition to real estate, I enjoy volunteering at our local schools and community and pride myself on giving back to ensure the success of future generations. This is rewarding to me. My personal time is spent spinning, running, hiking in our local mountains with my family, traveling, and on soccer and baseball fields cheering on my little athletes!

Being a mother has given me a compassion for my clients of all ages and honed my listening abilities. Equally as important to me is capturing the goals, dreams and concerns of each of my clients while anticipating the next step and handling each with attention to detail.

Being an Associate at Compass has given me the opportunity to take my service to the next level. We are at the forefront of the latest trends and are on the cutting edge of technology. Our Leverage Global Partnership facilitates global marketing and international exposure. With multiple tools at my disposal and 100's of successful transactions, I have continued to sharpen my negotiation techniques and enjoy being able to cater to each client on an individual basis.
