Lacy loves people, plain and simple. As she puts it, “I’ve never met a stranger.” And, looking at the number of referrals she’s getting, buyers and sellers love her too. Not only does Lacy have a natural ability to connect with people, but she also has an innate sense of what they’re looking for in their next home and the technical savvy to assist in pricing a listing.

Lacy is a genuine lifelong learner. Her curiosity drives her to discover more than the who, what, and where of a subject or skill, but also the why and how. By staying abreast of the latest industry trends and insights, she provides a significant edge for her clients. More specifically, she helps them move through the buying and selling process effectively and efficiently.

But her curiosity has also helped her develop an instinctive sense of style and taste. With a Bachelor of Science in Music Education, Sommelier Certification, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer certification, she knows what people like.

As a lover of learning, Lacy would like to give back by teaching real estate courses and becoming an associate broker. When Lacy isn’t helping buyers and sellers, you can find her tending to her community garden, playing piano and guitar, crocheting blankets, cooking, and trying new restaurants.
