About Laddie
As a devoted
Cape Codder, Laddie is grateful to be a direct descendant of five of the seven
families that founded Eastham in 1651. Growing up in Concord, MA,
Laddie spent all her early summers at the Eastham family home, built in 1735.
Laddie spent her previous career in the consulting industry, based on
engineering and finance degrees, focusing on client communications, exceeding expectations,
and attention to detail. After her time in management consulting along with raising
four children, Laddie pivoted to the local real estate market in Concord, MA as
a home-based endeavor.

recently, Laddie and her husband were able to achieve their dream of moving to
Cape Cod fulltime. We love the Outer Cape, with enchanting locations ranging from
sunset-kissed bayside homes, family homes with swimming on kettle ponds, estates
on town cove, to quaint cottages nestled in the pines. Whether you are looking to

Fun historical
fact, Eastham originally included all the land from what is now Brewster and
Harwich down the whole outer Cape to Provincetown.
