About Laura
I may not be a Raleigh native, but after living here for nearly 17 years and in North Carolina for 21, I don't want to call any other place home! My husband and I moved to Raleigh in 2006, happily started our family here, and now have two kids, one in high school and the other in middle. Raleigh (and the Triangle as a whole) is a great place to live, work, and play, and I love introducing all the fun things to do and resources here to people new to the area or ones already living here who are looking for a change.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I was an editor and desktop publisher for a company that created construction textbooks and training materials. I was also the editor-in-chief of my college’s newspaper and worked as a freelance editor/proofreader for years. Once my kids came along, I organized and led a very active Triangle-wide playgroup for eight years. Rest assured that I have a keen eye for detail and know how to stay on top of my responsibilities.
