"Laura worked with us to stage our home, effectively manage the two hundred prospective buyers who showed up for the one day open house, and then successfully sell our home in one day above the asking price." - Jerry
"It has been a wonderful experience working with Laura. She is punctual, accurate, pleasant to work with, well informed, and extremely easy to communicate with. She has also anticipated my needs in accessing resources necessary to move to a new state." - David
"Laura knows her market extremely well, she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Laura is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job... It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Laura or being anything but happy in choosing to work with her... I have full confidence in her skills and judgment." - Jessica
"I recently used Laura as my agent for the sale of my house in Alexandria. In a word, she was outstanding! She made excellent suggestions for getting the house ready for sale. She coordinated some painters and other contractors when I had to be out of town. She was very thorough in her marketing approach. As a result, my first open house was a big success and I received four great offers that weekend. Laura then helped me through the inspection process and was always available to coordinate the remaining work that was needed to close, as I was out of town again. The closing then went smoothly. Laura is great to work with and works very hard to get the job done. I highly recommend her." - TJ
"Laura was a phenomenal realtor who helped us purchase our home in our desired area. She was personable, professional, and went the extra mile with every encounter. I first connected with Laura on a Friday morning, and the next Monday our offer was accepted on our first choice home. She made the process so smooth and enjoyable and was very knowledgeable of the market and neighborhood. We can’t thank her enough for helping us with our relocation to be closer to family! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, accountable and caring realtor!" - CJ

“I love getting my boots muddy with my clients, exploring the properties they want to see and giving them tips on how to make them shine. My background in building, construction and real estate sales give me a distinct advantage and a keen eye for cost and quality. I also take my fiscal responsibility seriously, and go above and beyond to ensure that every client secures a home and loan that work for them, financially and personally.”
