"It's a pleasure to write this letter to thank you, Laura, for all your hard work in selling our home. Thanks, in your case, certainly is not enough! We hope this letter explains our belief that you are an exemplary Realtor.
From the time of our first meeting, you were honest thorough and direct. You explained to us how the process would unfold so we wouldn't be surprised. You listened to our concerns and recommended things that we could do to help with the sale.
But then in August of 2017 we found ourselves facing the aftermath of Harvey and our flooded home. In the weeks following the hurricane it quickly became obvious that your many years of experience in interior design were going to be invaluable while repairing our home. Thanks to your design expertise we were able to make the home even better and more attractive than it was before. Unlike many, you communicated frequently and effectively, always willing to help.
No one knew what the would do but you and your team did the homework and helped us get our home quickly and at a great price. Your numerous showings and open houses were comprehensive and beneficial in making a complicated sale happen.
It was during these difficult times when we needed your best, and that was what we got. You amazed us with your knowledge, flexibility, creativity, and persistence in making the sale.
It is no exaggeration that dealing with the flood, clean up, and restoration was a stressful endeavor both emotionally and fiscally, but you provided that support and confidence we needed. Through it all you were a Realtor who was clearly a partner and a friend. This is why we will unconditionally recommend you to our friends and acquaintances, and it is without hesitation we would seek you out with any future real estate and interior design needs." - Susannah
