Lauren Jones

Lauren was born into the real estate industry in Sun Valley. She was raised by one of the valley’s top producers, Linda Badell, and learned about the importance of relationship building, a strong work ethic, and the unwavering tenacity that the business requires at a very young age. The accomplishments of her young adult life speak to her deep integration of all of these qualities. She was accepted to care for her freshman year in high school and spent the next 18 years away from home, living on the mesa in Carpinteria for her teen years after which she followed the least linear trajectory possible to reach her inevitable yet unexpected return home in 2018. Theater school in Manhattan, The Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington, three years studying and living abroad in Italy, Berlin, and Paris, graduating with high honors and a pre-med degree from the University of Texas at Austin, working as a project and communications manager for a multinational technology company, all while teaching Pilates and Salsa dancing, volunteering at various non-profits, and mentoring women with alcohol and substance abuse issues taught her the importance of impeccable organization, time management, and caffeine.
