Leslie’s early professional experience has served as the perfect background for today’s practice in residential real estate sales. Leslie’s career path began as office assistant with the Sonoma County Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service (an organization which was combined at that time), moving on to office manager of a real estate company where her duties also included property management of several large commercial buildings.
Leslie’s strengths include strong client advocacy and negotiation, state-of-the-art marketing, pricing analysis, knowledge of how to prepare a home to obtain the highest price, and working cooperatively with the many people involved in successfully getting a transaction to the close of escrow.
Leslie’s 30+ years of working with home buyers and sellers have been a most satisfying path! Leslie brings knowledge and experience to the business process while working in a very personal way with a range of clients presenting different needs and challenges. From assisting with a first-time purchase to downsizing from a long-time home, coordinating a sale-purchase to managing complex estate sales, Leslie provides a clear-sighted, solution-oriented approach to a process that requires ongoing communication, hands-on involvement, and going the extra mile for her clients. She looks forward to working with each new client with excitement and enthusiasm!
In her spare time Leslie enjoys the delights of Sonoma County Wine Country with her husband, Mark. They enjoy travel, music, books, and family time with their 5 grown children and grandchild.
