"We had met Lisa Bradford in 2015 during a potential out of state job relocation. She was assigned to help with the sale of our existing house the relocation company. We had spoken to a couple of other regarding the relocation process but immediately felt a connection with Lisa as we felt she was the most honest about the potential list price of our house. Relocation was such a huge decision for us so ultimately, we wanted to work with someone that we could trust. Fast forward to the present, we decided not to relocate but wanted to potentially update our existing home or relocate to a up home that potentially had some of the upgrades we sought. Lisa provided counsel through the whole process and never once put pressure on us to or even look houses. We started to look houses in early 2017 and had a number of starts and stops, however Lisa stayed engaged which is testimonial to her patience. In late 2017, we ended up finding a new home and Lisa helped us through a very challenging purchase and sale due to long rent back periods. We were very realistic in setting our price on our house as we did not want to be overly aggressive. As it worked out we timed the market perfectly as our house went under contract in 3 days and sold above price. Throughout the past several months, Lisa has been there every step of the way.
