"Lisa Fazio sold our house in Huntingdon Valley, PA literally within three days. Before putting our house on the market, Lisa commissioned a wonderful photographer and the two of them worked famously together to beautifully display all aspects of the house. During the showing process, there were approximately 25 appointments to see the house (no open house was needed because Lisa reached out to the local real estate community). Lisa professionally scheduled each showing to allow each prospective buyer enough time to thoroughly tour the home with no pressure.
