"Liz is a total pro. Combining expertise and market savvy, Liz (and her team) executed the sale of our Cow Hollow condo flawlessly, which resulted in 9% over list price sale, a very favorable price per square foot, and just 8 days on the market. We highly recommend her." - Sara and Steve B

I have known Liz Branham (as a friend and business partner) for more than 25 years and when it came time to buy our home I knew exactly who would represent my wife and me best. Liz is smart hard-working and incredibly reliable. She knows San Francisco and she understands the market. She took time to learn our "wants" and "needs" and even though the market was really tight she found the right house for us and guided us through the transaction with ease. We highly recommend her. -Michael B.
So many wonderful things to say about Liz Branham as a person and a professional. She has helped my husband and I buy and sell 3 houses in San Francisco (Marina Ashbury Heights & West Portal). She prides herself on market knowledge hard work attention to detail and client support. Based on my experience she excels in these areas and others. I believe what sets her apart from other agents is that people really like her as a person and are able to easily develop a bond with her that allows you to trust her advice and insight and know that she has your back and best interest throughout the whole process. -Jeremy S.
Liz Branham was amazing to work with. She came highly recommended to me by my daughter and her fiancé after they bought their first home from her. I decided to buy in San Francisco to be closer to my daughter and her soon to be family. I tell people that by using Liz as my agent for my home purchase it was the easiest thing I ever bought! She is extremely knowledgeable precise and efficient. She also has a law degree which made going through all the paperwork a breeze. I completely trust her and will absolutely and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent. -Stella R.
Liz guided us through buying our first home in San Francisco. She was incredibly responsive and helpful at each stage resulting in a seamless buying experience. Thank you for everything you've done to help guide and support us. This really is a dream come true! -Sian and Jason S.
Liz navigated us through the process of buying our first home and we cannot recommend her enough - she was patient informative and gave us the space to decide on what was right for us rather than trying to "sell" us on anything even though the process spanned years. She used her connections to ensure our offer was accepted in a truly challenging market and even ran interference with the lender when we needed it. As an added bonus she's a genuine fun person who you will enjoy spending time with. -Maya and Jonathan O.
Liz Branham is a fantastic real estate professional. I worked with her on the sale of my Heights condo and from our initial meeting through sale completion Liz was unfailingly upbeat and thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the pre-sale prep and disclosure process (a benefit of her legal training). Her marketing expertise resulted in a large number of potential buyers touring the property and she went the "extra mile" on a wide range of logistics even after the sale closed. Moreover, the buyers of my condo praised her too finding her "absolutely great well-informed always smiling and super-helpful in facilitating everything." Thank you Liz for an incredible result! -Susan M.
I had the pleasure of working with Liz and it was a blast. She is very knowledgeable and understands the complexities of the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market. Being a trained attorney she has a grasp on the legal aspects of real estate. Liz is patient with her clients and makes sure they are informed throughout the process. She answers questions promptly and is a fierce negotiator. It is a pleasure knowing her and working with her. -Zied S.
Liz was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was diligent about finding homes in our price range and preferred neighborhoods, but also opened our eyes to other neighborhoods and options that we never knew about. Liz also helped us find creative financing options that significantly increased our purchasing power. Most importantly, Liz is warm, responsive, and patient – which are all key attributes when dealing with first-time home buyers. - Marie and Todd H.
