"I gave Liz the extremely difficult task of finding me a house on the Cape with a tight budget, all virtually since I was still living in the Midwest. Liz went over and beyond and not only found us a house, but our dream home! Throughout the process Liz communicated with us regularly and really made sure that we were getting what we wanted. She showed us so many houses all over the Cape since we weren't quite sure where we wanted to be and she was able to give great insight into the neighborhoods and school districts that would be best for our needs. Liz was a great negotiator during the contract process and really got us a great value for the price we were able to afford. When we moved she also made sure we knew of community resources and was our go-to person whenever we had a question about the Cape. Liz restored my faith in the real estate field as someone who actually care about their clients rather than just making a purchase/sale. Buying a house virtually was a scary idea, but Liz helped us to feel confident enough with our choice of house and we are now so happy with our home. I cannot say enough good things about Liz!
