Liz Joyce has been a part of Chicago’s real estate industry for nearly a decade with an impressive track record that includes working on two lease-up projects downtown. Her passion for real estate began renting walk-ups throughout Chicago’s North side, gaining valuable experience and knowledge of each area’s unique rental market. She has since become an authority in the luxury high-rise market with extensive knowledge of each building's distinct features. Looking for a pool deck with unobstructed afternoon sun? Her success in rentals naturally led to helping clients becoming first time home buyers and she recently became a first time home buyer herself.
