About Liz

Liz is not just a VA licensed Realtor® and an experienced commercial real estate attorney. She is a former U.S. diplomat and long-time Arlington resident. This gives her the skills and perspective to help you navigate the complex world of buying or selling a home in Northern Virginia. It’s what’s enabled her to represent over 160 clients through over $140M in transactions since 2016.

Through Liz's experience as a commercial real estate attorney, she learned the importance of contracts and honed her drafting and negotiation skills on multi-million dollar deals. Negotiating a good and sound deal in real estate takes knowledge, skill, and finesse. She delivers all of that to you whether you are buying or selling.

Liz has lived in Arlington for over 20 years renting and owning properties from Rosslyn, to Courthouse, to Ballston, to Barcroft, to Donaldson Run/Lee Heights. During that time, she went from being a 20-something singleton to married without kids, to married with two kids in school. In each phase, she came to appreciate how different neighborhoods can satisfy different needs in terms of commute, schools, access to services and facilities. Finding the right home is the centerpiece of this.
