"We were very pleased with Lorena Andrade as the Agent when we sold my mother’s home in San Pedro. She quickly evaluated area property and provided us with a detailed report that helped us to set a good price. Even though we were still painting and getting rid of items from the house and garage she saw the value of a “Coming Soon” sign on the lawn. That sign was so effective that someone walking in the park across the street called a family member who came that day to look, paint buckets and all, and we had a full price offer that evening.
