About Lyn
Lyn discovered Tequesta in 2013 after she and her husband, David, searched for a new home once their children went off to college. She discovered her passion for major renovations in the form of a 1950's house on a beautiful stretch of the Loxahatchee River. Discovering she had an eye for renovation and design, over the next two years she transformed this near tear-down into a classic Palm Beach-style beauty, ultimately featured in Luxe Magazine.

Lyn grew up in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania and attended Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont where she was a Hall of Fame lacrosse player. She began her career in finance, then later changed careers, receiving a Master’s Degree in Education from Columbia University, which led to teaching and coaching. She was the Women's Varsity Lacrosse Coach at the Morristown Beard School in New Jersey and a Level Four Certified Ice Hockey Coach for the New Jersey Colonials. She is an avid athlete, who enjoys playing tennis and golf.

In 2016, Lyn earned her real estate license with the hope of helping her Northeastern friends find the homes of their dreams in Florida. Using her own house as an example, she has become a vocal advocate for waterfront living in the Jupiter-Tequesta area. Most friends ask, "can you find me a house just like yours?" She is looking forward to that challenge!
