About Marcy
"My job is to give good, honest information to enable the buyer or seller to make an intelligent and financially sound real estate decision."

She is a people-oriented person with a passion for real estate. With her encyclopedic knowledge of New York's buildings and neighborhoods, she skillfully navigates her buyers and sellers to close deals without upset.

Marcy began her career as a Massachusetts and New Jersey public school teacher. In 1972, she combined entrepreneurial acumen with a bent for adventure by launching the cruise industry's first theme cruise, which sailed from NYC to successfully rendezvous with a solar eclipse at sea off the coast of Nova Scotia. Her shipboard lecture staffs included astronomers, oceanographers, Librarians of Congress, science writers (Isaac Asimov, Arthur Clarke) and astronauts (Neil Armstrong, Scott Carpenter). Grace Lichtenstein, in her book "Women and Daring," writes, "Marcy made eclipse-chasing profitable enough to install herself in a Fifth Avenue apartment with a magnificent view of the canopy of stars over Central Park."

New York City is an exciting adventure, says Marcy. "I love its energy, its opportunities, its diversity. How fortunate that my life's odyssey landed me on what, if you think in cosmic terms, is no more than 322 square miles of the earth's nearly 197 million square miles."
