Testimonials
★★★★★
”Margherita listens and talks to her clients, she thinks about their lives and how she can help them on their full journey, not just a single sale. That’s really important. And not common. Margherita cares. Her patience and approachability helped us feel at ease during the sale of our Brooklyn coop.We were in contract within 30 days and set a record for a coop sale in our neighborhood. She has a personal and in-depth knowledge of Brooklyn neighborhoods and the current market."

"Margherita was very helpful in the process of buying my first apartment! As a first-time buyer in Brooklyn, I was often confused and intimidated by the idea of being a homeowner. Upon our introduction, she got a great sense of the kind of apartment I was looking for and helped with the search by regularly sending me updates with new places as they became available, with a planned itinerary for each time went out to view showings. She understands neighborhoods well and had a good sense of the value in each. Margherita was always patient in answering all of my questions and often encouraged me to go back to see apartments for a second or third time when I was unsure about something. She is an honest, knowledgeable, and confident realtor and was helpful throughout every stage of my buying process. I gladly recommend Margherita to future homeowners or those looking to sell. Thanks, Margherita!"

★★★★★
"Working with Margherita meant we always had someone in our corner. She is trustworthy, kind, responsive and determined to get the best for her clients. She beautifully staged and sold our co-op apartment and helped us get a record price for a one-bedroom in the building. She then hit the streets with us as we looked for a new home to buy, advising us, encouraging us and making us laugh along the way. Margherita was tireless in her efforts to schedule showings and visited nearly every place with us. When we finally found our house, she adeptly guided us through the process of getting from contract to closing, contacting and prodding the lawyers, seller's broker and bank when necessary to help move things along. If it weren’t for her doggedness, we might still be waiting to sign! We recommend Margherita with no reservations to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Brooklyn." - Miriam & Trevor

About Margherita
A text banner that says THE RIGHT

A native New Yorker, Margherita was born in Brooklyn and raised in Westchester County. In 2006, she purchased her first of many properties, a teeny studio on Barrow Street in the West Village. From there, she moved to Brooklyn and has since called Fort Greene, Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, and now Lefferts Manor home. Passionate about home design and buying and selling real estate, Margherita has been investing in renovating her own homes for more than a decade and selling them for profit. She is always on the hunt for a new property, whether for herself or her clients. Margherita's keen design eye and expertise at identifying a "good buy" are invaluable when helping her clients make a house a home.

Prior to working in real estate, Margherita studied Art History at Hobart and William Smith College. She spent years at top Madison Avenue advertising agencies, where she ran administrative and office service teams, orchestrated elaborate events, and redesigned office spaces. Margherita also co-ran her own floral business, Franki Elizabeth, and her creations were featured in media outlets including Pure Wow and the Today Show.

Her extensive experience in advertising, management, design, and home renovations is an essential part of how she successfully guides her buyers and sellers, whether it's searching for the perfect fixer-upper or staging a home to maximize profits upon sale.

Fluent in Italian and English, Margherita enjoys spending free time with her husband (who she met in middle school!) and running after her young son. She also loves spending time outdoors on the North Fork of Long Island at her home, traveling, cooking, and reading.
