"My house was on and off the market for about 4years. Prior to hiring Marina I interviewed three other potential agents. Marina was a good match as she grew up in Lake Forest and was well connected with multiple generations who lived in Lake Forest and Chicago. She had also been in the business for many years prior. Marina Carney and Andy Mrowiec joined forces in 1999 to create one of the first and most dynamic residential sales partnerships on the North Shore of Chicago with over $900 million in career sales. Consistently ranked in the top 1% volume for the State of Illinois and in the top 2% nationally, in addition to being ranked in the top echelon of production for Lake Forest and Lake Bluff. 

We offer our clients the best and the most robust information/representation in the marketplace. By actively working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges we keep our fingers on the pulse of the market, knowledge is power and we pride ourselves on being in the know locally. Our goal is to make the process of buying and selling a home seamless and enjoyable...and we have the results to prove it. 

Marina is a lifelong resident of Lake Forest and Lake Bluff. She has raised 3 children in the Lake Forest Schools, after attending Lake Forest Country Day School and Woodlands Academy herself. She is an active volunteer having served on the Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Women’s Board, The Allendale Shelter Club, and as a Trustee for the Village of Lake Bluff. She enjoys the West, having attended the University of Utah, and recently managed a 6,000-acre cattle ranch and agri-business in Wyoming, where she oversaw the wind-down and sale of the property that her family held for 50 years. She has enjoyed practicing real estate in Lake Forest since 1991.
