"Due to the pandemic our family was stuck overseas with no way to come back to our Bay Area house. In the meantime, our lifestyle changed and we decided to stay overseas, making the difficult decision to put the home on the market. It was thanks to Mark’s talents that we were able to purchase the house 5 years prior, so it was a natural choice for us to turn to Mark again to sell it. Mark lived up to his stellar reputation once more and he and his team sold the property for us entirely remotely. Numerous improvements (interior/exterior Paint, Landscaping, lighting etc) were made to the property by Mark which definitely increased the desirability and selling price. His amazing drone video of the property has become our keepsake. Ultimately, his strategically planned open house over a 3 day weekend had 200 group visits which led to 14 offers, and in the end the house sold for $532,000 over the list price. It was sad for us to say goodbye to our old dream home, and so difficult having our stuff packed up without being able to be there, but we could not be more pleased at the outcome. When we made the decision to sell our home in lower Emerald hills of Redwood City, I made an in-depth study of both the market and searched for all the top sellers in our area. I had it narrowed down to 3 top rated and experienced realtors who all told me my home would sell for about $1.5M. One of the realtors even had 3 other real estate "experts" come to my home to inspect and give their opinion and they concurred with his estimate of what my home would sell for. "If you want to work with a sharp, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable realtor, Mark is the realtor you want to work with. Mark helped my husband and I buy our first home in late 2012. We first met him at an open house in mid-2012 and liked him immediately.
