A long-time Philadelphia resident who has resided in many different neighborhoods, Martha came to real estate by way of exploring the city’s remarkable architecture and the untapped potential of its historic and post-industrial buildings. Educated in the arts and with a background spanning marketing, fine craft, and creative entrepreneurship, she co-founded Little Berlin Gallery, where she helped breathe new life into forgotten spaces and build community in Olde Kensington and Fishtown. The networks and values she cultivated through the arts continue to inform her collaborative, design-minded approach to real estate today.

Martha’s own home-buying journey began in Germantown, where she fell in love with the neighborhood’s historic architecture, tree-lined streets, and slower pace. After purchasing her first home, she dove deeply into the strategies behind successful real estate investing—eventually acquiring and renovating multiple properties across Philadelphia and Delaware County, including a long-neglected Victorian beauty, which became a top-to-bottom restoration project that cemented her appreciation for quality materials, timeless design, and architectural integrity. 

With more than $16 million in recent sales and a growing portfolio of repeat clients, Martha helps buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, financially sound real-estate moves. Her expertise in design, renovation, and presentation brings measurable value to every transaction, while her love of forward-thinking sustainable design and native landscapes reflects her belief that homes should be both beautiful and enduring.

Outside of work, Martha is deeply rooted in her community. She has educated hundreds of first-time buyers through local workshops, serves on the Board of Germantown United Community Development Corporation, and plays viola in the Abington Symphony Orchestra. When she’s not advising clients or leading a renovation project, you can find her volunteering in local green spaces, or cheering for her kids at local sports and performing arts venues.
