About Mary
Mary is focused on the real estate needs of her clients, whether it is purchasing a home for a new chapter in your life or attaining the maximum value when it's time to sell. She has worked with a wide array of clients; buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to successfully achieve their real estate objectives. With 18 years of experience in real estate sales, Mary serves the greater San Diego area, specializing in Coronado properties that embody the laid-back lifestyle. Prior to moving to Coronado, Mary worked as a real estate broker in sales of luxury waterfront and commercial properties in Florida. She possesses the highly regarded CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) commercial real estate designation as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certificate.

Before beginning her real estate career, Bowlby worked as a tax professional for two of the "big five" firms. In her free time, Mary enjoys the people she knows and meets in the community.
