Mary Katharine Gill has been described by her clients as detail-oriented, tenacious, an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. Most recently, Mary Katharine was hired to work with a University Park resident on a project they called, “From Renovation to Sold”. With her knowledge of the market, buyer expectations and design trends, she worked as general contractor, interior designer, and Realtor to update a 1934 Tudor for modern living. The finished home received multiple offers and closed significantly over list price in just over two weeks.
As a Park Cities native and graduate of Highland Park High School, she has deep roots in Dallas and is committed to reinvesting in her community. Mary Katharine serves on several boards, including the HP Special Education Parent Advisory Committee and is the current co-chair of the Mad for Plaid campaign for Highland Park ISD. In 2023, she was chosen by the Highland Park Board of Trustees to represent the district as they searched for a home for the incoming superintendent. Through her strong network of colleagues and friends, she found a home off-market and negotiated the best deal to ensure district funds were spent wisely and that the home would be a smart long-term investment for HPISD.
Mary Katharine is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with an emphasis on Economics. She has lived in various US cities as well as abroad, giving her a broader perspective and appreciation for life in Dallas where she lives with her husband and two teenage sons. She is passionate about traveling, design, fashion, and time spent with her family and friends, especially at Possum Kingdom Lake.
