"Max was a pleasure to work with. I depended on him quite a bit as I was purchasing
the property remotely and am not from the area. He took as much time as I needed
to be comfortable with the process, revising the type of property listings that he sent
based on my feedback. Once we found the right place, we were in a competitive
situation with another potential buyer and I received excellent, timely advice about
how to structure my offer, resulting in a below asking price sale." - Gretchen
About Max
Max brings his passion for the urban experience - neighborhood design, architecture, and transportation - to every transaction. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, Max's deep understanding of the intangibles within a built environment will give you an inside edge on the market. This passion is exactly what drew him away from a corporate career and into real estate in the first place, giving his clients the added benefit of a Realtor who really cares about the details of a stop sign here or a crosswalk there - things that can make or break the value of your neighborhood.
Originally from beautiful Portland, ME, Max has a business degree from The George Washington University and nearly a decade of experience across sales, marketing, and client services. In addition to his passion mentioned above, Max's experience lends him a skillset that delivers clear & well-managed communication, ensuring a smooth transaction process with no surprises from first-contact to closing.
Max lives in Olde Kensington with his wife Cara, their son August and sheepadoodle Wrigley. He's a regular at the Orianna Hill dog park in Northern Liberties, and can often be seen walking home with takeout (to be eaten in front of the baby monitor) from the myriad incredible restaurants that keep opening in the Fishtown area.
