"Meg is a rockstar!!! She has ever so patiently been schooling me in the trends of the Denver real estate market, waiting for the right time to pounce on a house!! She helped get out family into the house of our dreams just a few months ago and we could not be happier!!!! Days spent chatting with her and looking for homes, the whole closing process, all of it was a pleasure! It was so nice to be able to leave the nitty gritty to someone you trust (we actually took an 8 day vacay during escrow). If that doesn’t speak volumes to the level of confidence in her, I don’t know what does!!!! Highly recommend!!"
"We have worked with Megan Farina to sell 2 of our homes. She is extremely professional, and she really knows properties and the market. In both cases, our homes were staged BEAUTIFULLY!! We almost wanted to stay in the homes because they were so gorgeous. She also brought in the best contractors to help us improve our home in a cost effective manner. We made way more off of our homes than we could have hoped. She added so much value. It was amazing. She was also so attentive and responsive to us. I would recommend Megan 100%, and I look forward to working with her again."
".We were looking for a house in a particular area and Meg kept us informed of everything that was coming on the market. She was always quick to answer every question and helped us put in the best bid to get the house we wanted. At inspection Meg recommended a $100 test that revealed a $10,000 problem and not only talked the seller into taking that amount off the purchase price, but got us three competitive bids to fix the issue. We highly recommend Meg!"
After conquering New York and Chicago, Megan and her husband decided Denver was the city to call home, settling in Stapleton in 2005 to start a small family.
They could see Forest City‘s vision for Stapleton of creating a new classic neighborhood like Park Hill. Eager to meet new neighbors and participate fully in what Stapleton offers, Megan coordinated a Stapleton Meet-Up group for new neighbors, enjoyed volunteering at the local schools and attending community meetings and events.
She quickly assimilated into this vibrant and diverse community, developing a passion for the architecture of homes as well. In 2009, the family moved to their second home, and through that experience, Megan realized that she wanted a career focusing on her new passion… real estate.
Previously, Megan assisted in the opening of a high-end day spa in New York, two elite fitness clubs in Chicago and Denver’s finest hotel to date, The Four Seasons.
This experience helped hone her skills by working with people on an intimate level, juggling many details and personalities, and striving to offer the best level of service.
