About Megan
Megan is the problem-solving agent for your transitions, whether it's relocation, downsizing, or whatever your life change may be. A graduate of University of Richmond and a former history professor, Megan has been in and around the area as a resident or researcher since the 1990s and is a true neighborhood expert. Megan is a seasoned agent, but has also owned eleven homes of her own. She knows what it takes to get homes ready for the market, and how to help buyers through the search process. Megan donates a portion of every commission to one of several local community nonprofits. When she's not working, you'll find Megan with family and friends at local museums, restaurants, breweries, and live music venues.
