"I could not have had a better experience working with Melody. My situation was unique - from the time that I cold-emailed Windermere looking for an available broker to the time that my offer was accepted was 8 days. It would not have been possible without Melody’s responsiveness and expertise. I was a first time home buyer and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and the market. She talked me through everything that I needed to do from start to finish (and was there with me every step of the way!). She was like my real estate warrior! She made my offer appealing by advising me on how to structure it (earnest money and escalation clause), drafted a personal offer letter on my behalf, and also offered the sellers to present my offer in person.
