New York City sales agent Michael Gigante has a keen understanding of property value and a methodical approach to assessing both resale properties and new developments. Michael began his real estate career as Director of Townhouse sales with Massey Knakal Realty Services, then one of New York City’s largest investment sales firms.
Following the acquisition of the firm by Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, Michael worked as an Associate Director with C&W where he exclusively represented property owners in the sales process. He also underwrote numerous deals across all asset types.
Today, Michael is thrilled to put this vast expertise to work in residential sales - a segment of the industry that is well suited to benefit from his unique perspective and skill set.
Prior to real estate, Michael worked at a fashion public relations agency in Manhattan which he calls "professionalism boot camp" for its ability to forge networking, communication, organization and multitasking skills simultaneously. Today, he brings that elite level of professionalism and care to every transaction and client.
Michael resides in East Williamsburg, which he loves for its old-world charm and easy access to Bushwick, the north side of Williamsburg and downtown Manhattan. In his free time, he enjoys biking, running, weightlifting, skiing and exploring the many neighborhoods of New York City.
