About Michele
Michele spent 16 years working in the corporate world before switching gears to dedicate herself to her passion for real estate. During those 16 years in Operations, her team’s sole focus and dedication were managing day-to-day customer satisfaction for Fortune 500 clients and their customers. She worked with her team to develop a customer satisfaction department structured on process improvement and refining business processes to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. Fast forward and today Michele still uses all the knowledge, expertise, hard work and commitment with each client she represents in a real estate transaction.
Michele is also no stranger to cross-country relocation. During her 25 plus years of marriage, she has crossed the United States several times. In those experiences, she worked with many real estate professionals, relocation companies and learned the fine art of transitioning her while keeping everyone as happy as possible. Those skills help Michele be that hands-on, sensitive, focused and dedicated real estate professional making relocation a seamless process.
Michele is a member of The National Association of Realtors®, The Texas Association of Realtors®, Collin County Association of Realtors®, and volunteers in her community with the Frisco Women’s League.
