Michele has been selling residential property in Maryland for over 15 years.  While her business is focused in Montgomery County, just outside of Washington, clients have requested her help to sell properties in Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, Carroll and Baltimore Counties as well.  Her expertise with Relocation, Co-op sales, and Senior moves has helped clients transition from locations across the US, or across the County, to their perfect new neighborhood. 

From pre-listing strategies to crisp, tailored marketing to navigating offer presentation and selection, Michele’s understanding of the current market insures that her clients will get through a settlement with minimal stress and optimal net.  A home sale or purchase is one of the most important life events for a client and Michele treats the entire project with the respect and care it deserves.  Maybe that’s why Michele’s clients typically stay in contact long after the single transaction is finished and often call for advice on other Real Estate situations, from choosing a new Kitchen paint color to selecting a perfect summer home in another state.

Living in Washington DC for many years and working in the Government and Private contracting industry gave Michele an intimate understanding of local business trends, commutes, and Best Bets for living, eating, dining and entertainment.  Her passion for renovation and design is tapped by clients who hope to get the most out of their home sale.  She is able to draw on a large network of contractors, landscapers and renovation experts for ideas, quotes and project scheduling to make homes look their best prior to appearing on the market.

Michele currently lives in Montgomery County, though still considers herself a true Jersey girl, growing up close to New York City.  She is involved in many organizations including Save the Children, NAMI, MD, and Coalition for the Homeless. Her hobbies include Yoga, Country Music and Fantasy Football, and her favorite place to be is on a beach… either one on the Adriatic, just south of Dubrovnik or one on the Atlantic, just north of Seaside Heights.
