Michelle Shikhel is a Long Island native who specializes in assisting clients with purchasing, selling, and managing homes and investment properties, including getting properties ready for sale, property management, tenant relations, and sourcing qualified buyers.
Michelle understands the often stressful and emotional strain that clients experience throughout the real estate process and takes a patient and caring approach to those she works with. She has been lovingly coined a “real estate therapist” by friends and clients who’ve enjoyed working with her for her attentiveness and honesty, who is always willing to listen and offer valuable advice. Michelle’s goal is to create a seamless, fun, and memorable buying and selling experience for her clients and their families.
Michelle expressed an interest in real estate from a young age. Throughout her childhood, real estate was woven into her DNA, with some of her most favorite memories being when she accompanied her father on showings of commercial properties. Michelle enjoys keeping up with real estate trends, and can often be found catching up the latest real estate news, browsing listings, and self-educating on emerging cities throughout the country.
