I am excited to share quite a bit about myself with you! Below you will find information on my values, background, and what I can offer you as an agent  in this market!

Whether you already know me or are learning about me for the first time, thank you for being here.

My Values:

Honesty, transparency, and communication.

These are the three values I hold myself to in my personal & professional life. Without these, success and relationships are empty and shallow. It is easy for anybody to do a real-estate transaction, but it isn’t always easy being honest, transparent and using open communication. I am not here to trick you into working with me. I will not bulldoze you. I will listen. I am here to help you write that next chapter in your book- whatever that may look like.

 Your goals become my goals.

I will fight for you in this volatile market- whether it be to get the home of your dreams or sell your home for the highest price. A client and their real estate agent are a team! And teams operate better with honesty, transparency, and communication.

What I can give you:

- The 1:1 attention you deserve. Ask me as many questions as you need to. I want you to feel comfortable and certain about your decisions during this process.

- Honesty

- Communication

Trustworthiness

Wide Ranging Expertise: I have an expansive area in which I have done deals. From Centralia all the way up to Stanwood. I have sold homes from $300k to $2.5 million. I have covered lots of ground which has helped me understand the market pockets from city to city.

Data to support my opinions/advice

-  Transparency: I have a vast amount of knowledge from the many transactions I have done- but if I don’t know the answer to your question, I will tell you as such- and always follow up with you once I have found the answer!

-  Beautiful marketing tools to sell your home, and programs to increase return

-  Due Diligence in my research of your home you want to sell or the home you want to purchase!

- (I put together a very detailed Comp Analysis with available, sold and pending homes-with notes regarding pending price in the area. Appraisers may look at only sold comps but we want to also take into account what is pending, so our offers or listing prices are competitive!)

- Teaching/Insights: If you are someone who loves reports, data, graphs, flow charts and learning like myself…I have ample amount of information I can send your way about the market, the actual real estate transaction process, etc. You just ask and I will send it your way!

My Background:

My career has always been within the behavioral health field. I was an ABA therapist for children with Autism for 8 years and have always had a passion for psychology and criminal justice. I obtained by Bachelors of Science in Research Psychology with a minor in investigative Forensics. I am a very quick study, and don’t stop until I find the answers.

So, how did I end up in Real Estate?

By accident! And a happy accident at that- because I love real estate!

It is quite the career switch going from Psychology/Criminology to Real Estate, so let me explain!
Everything changed when I became a mother. I wanted to stay home with my baby girl but I also wanted to be in the work force having actual adult interaction, as any “people-person” does! When we were in the midst of our home search, we found the most amazing agent! He was kind, knowledgeable and really cared about our life trajectory. It made me realize that this profession was a place I could combine helping others, fostering connections with new people, and most importantly… being a present, loving mother that my daughter deserved.

How Traditional Real Estate serves clients Better than Lower- Cost Brokerages:

Having worked in non-conventional brokerages before this, and really struggling with the 24/7 schedule, I have a special understanding of what the inside of each business model looks like. In lower cost brokerages, agents are extremely overworked, forced to treat people like a number-( when they absolutely are not)¸ trying to meet quotas, ignoring their families to their detriment, pushing limits, making mistakes due to burnout, etc. Need I go on? All of those- I have experienced. All of those negatives affect how agents interact with YOU. Have they missed your calls many times, forgotten to return multiple emails? Have they ghosted you after going mutual- and you rarely talk to them anymore? Does the typically ask for a 24 hour turnaround time turn into 3 days? Probably… and that is not how real estate is supposed to be.

I can tell you now, that in traditional brokerages I am able to dedicate uninterrupted, genuine time with my clients now vs before. I love being able to give that 1:1 attention that clients deserve in this crazy market! I have seen the relationships flourish when I am able to focus on my clients as individuals with real dreams, goals and real struggles too. This leads to greater success for you. Real connections, understanding and alignment of goals is easy to do at Compass. They allow me the ability to be 100% focused on your needs.

Picking the Right Agent Matters:

In a market saturated with agents of differing values, experience, and opinions… it is important to choose the right one for you. It is normal to feel overwhelmed, exhausted and confused during this whole process. You need someone who will fight for you, is knowledgeable, trustworthy and will tell you the truth even when it isn’t exactly what you want to hear.

I can promise you we can get this done together, even if there are hiccups along the way! I always tells my clients, “be prepared. The craziest things always happen in real estate”. But I will be here to see you through and get you to where you want to go!

If you made it to the end of this, thank you so much for sticking around. Give yourself a round of applause, because that was a ton of reading!

Please feel free to reach out to me for questions, concerns, or just even to chat! I would love the opportunity to work with you!
