Honesty, transparency, and communication. These are the three values I hold myself to. Real estate is about much more than completing a transaction. You are making decisions that can significantly impact your finances, your family, and the next chapter of your life. You deserve an agent who takes that seriously.
I am not here to convince you to make a decision that doesn’t feel right. I will listen to you, give you the information I have, industry knowledge, and tell you what I genuinely think to help you make an informed decision.

What You Can Expect From Me
1:1 Attention: Ask me as many questions as you need. I want you to understand what is happening and feel confident in the decisions you’re making.
Communication: You should not have to wonder what is happening with one of the biggest transactions of your life. I prioritize consistent, open communication throughout the process.
Experience Across the Market: I have completed transactions from Centralia to Stanwood and worked with homes ranging from approximately $300,000 to $2.5 million. That range has given me firsthand experience with very different markets, price points, properties, and communities.
Data-Driven Guidance: I use market data to support my recommendations rather than relying solely on instinct or opinion.
Transparency: I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge through my transactions, but I will never pretend to know something I don’t. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll tell you—and then I’ll find it.
Marketing: Sellers receive professional marketing designed to showcase their property and position it competitively in the market.

Who you choose matters.
Buying or selling a home can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and occasionally completely unpredictable. You need someone who will advocate for you, do the research, communicate with you, and tell you the truth—even when the truth isn’t necessarily what you wanted to hear.
One thing I tell my clients is: “Be prepared. The craziest things always happen in real estate.”
And they do.
There may be hiccups along the way. My job isn’t to promise you that everything will go perfectly. My job is to make sure that when something unexpected happens, you have someone beside you who knows how to work through it.
