Cheryl Miller and Dick Stanton are highly respected and accomplished real estate agents with almost 40 years of combined real estate experience. They met in 2006 and quickly discovered a professional synergy and complementary skill sets. Miller and Stanton provide the winning combination of high-touch customer service and numbers-oriented results. They are detail-minded and have a proven track record of providing exceptional sales results for their residential and commercial clients. In 2019 they aligned with Compass Real Estate and launched The Miller/Stanton Group a one-stop shop for commercial and residential real estate needs in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Cheryl Miller brings 20 years of experience working with buyer and seller clients in residential real estate and corporate relocation to The Miller/Stanton Group. Cheryl has successfully established working partnerships with major corporations and universities. She provides full-service relocation assistance to executive-level transferees, their spouses, partners and families. Cheryl has worked with family law attorneys and their clients. She has successfully sold nearly 300 homes during her career. She holds an associate broker license in Pennsylvania, is a certified mentor, and holds the prestigious ABR, ASR, SRS, SRES &ePRO designations. Cheryl has taught pre-licensing courses and continuing education in Pennsylvania. She volunteers extensively at her children’s school, and coaches an award-winning middle school Forensics Team. She is active in her charitable role as a “Compass Cares Agent Champion” in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
Dick Stanton spent 15 years as a consultant with leading firms such as Arthur Andersen and IBM before opening his own real estate development company. Well-versed in land development and construction, he began his career in real estate in 2003. Having worked with over 200 clients in every industry imaginable, he brings an expertise matched by few, which allows him to serve his commercial clients strategically in ways they often hadn’t yet considered. Dick has worked with clients to develop strategic plans for their real estate holdings. He was elected to serve two terms on the Wissahickon School Board, and spent four years working with the Wissahickon Valley Boys and Girls Club to plan a long-term strategy for a new facility.
Dick and Cheryl are actively involved with the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. Dick has previously served on their Board of Directors, and Cheryl has served on the Visions Advisory Board and is currently a member of the Technology Integration Group.
Cheryl resides in Elkins Park with her husband Bob, her daughter Savannah and son Elliot. Dick lives in Lower Gwynedd with his wife Bev and their sons Danny and Michael.
