"I would absolutely recommend Monica to any of my friends or anyone looking in the Austin area. She is very knowledgeable about the entire Austin area and is happy to represent you no matter what you are looking for. She helped me rent my home when I first moved to Austin, and helped me buy one a few years later. She helps people on every end of the spectrum from a small starter home to some of the most expensive homes in Austin. She is smart, kind, helpful, and very honest if you want her opinion. She is very timely with every need, and a good negotiator! I’ll be using her again the day I need to move again!
"Monica represented me on the recent sale of my home. Throughout the process, she was level-headed, professional and responsive. She is a skilled and creative negotiator, offering out-of-the-box suggestions and advice. Price-wise, my home was on the lower end of what Monica typically handles, but she consistently provided top-tier service and attention. Ironically, our biggest challenge was incorrect square footage and corresponding Zestimates in Zillow (pulled from sources outside our listing), and she was tenacious in her resolve to work through the various channels to get accurate information on the site. I was proud to have Monica represent me and highly recommend her services"
"Monica Fabbio is the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with. She showed us literally dozens of houses and never once pressured us to transact. She is knowledgeable, a tireless worker and highly professional. We will 100% be using her for all of our real estate needs in Austin.
"Her ability and hard work was above and beyond expectations She use Social media and other advertisement to find buyer The sale would not have occurred without her knowledge and hard work If I need a realtor again I would call Monica

Monica graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989 with a Liberal Arts degree for performing arts. She then attended graduate school where she studied Broadcast/Journalism. Her experience as a successful commercial model, actress, TV host and broadcaster/reporter gave her the opportunity to travel all over the world and to experience different cultures and architecture. Next, she embarked on a career in the high-tech sector as a top sales person/Regional Vice President, for 6 years, but after taking her son on 38 business trips the first 11 months of his life, she decided to pursue another interest. Since her father is an architect, and since Monica has always had a passion for homes and architecture, a knack for marketing, and a love of dealing with people, real estate seemed like the natural thing to do. All these experiences have enhanced her interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, her aptitude in terms of using technology to efficiently market and coordinate all her transactions, and her creativity to do whatever it takes to find or sell a property for her clients.
Monica is also very actively involved in many philanthropic endeavors, and she has served on the board and/or volunteered for organizations such as Any Baby Can, Dell Children's Hospital, Young Men's Service League, United Way, Austin Children's Shelter, Junior League, My Healing Place, Lake Travis Education Foundation, Ballet Austin, and numerous school PTO boards. She was once a nominee for the "Citizen of the Year" award in the Lakeway/Lake Travis area.
