Hiii, I'm Monica, and I was the first agent on our team — aka “Agent Zero”. Being part of Upstate Curious for the past FIVE(!) years has been the most amazing journey, professionally and personally. Life has thrown me some curveballs, but I've learned to embrace the chaos with a healthy dose of humor and a resilient spirit — which definitely helps in real estate. 
With over 15 years of sales experience and managing high-end boutiques (think Diane von Furstenberg and Karl Lagerfeld), I came to real estate with a keen understanding of what it takes to provide truly excellent customer service. I like to think of myself as a blend of empathy and intelligence, always trying to think of creative ways to help my clients achieve their goals.
