About Monik
A real estate professional for over 8 years, Monik does whatever it takes to provide the best service possible. With many years of experience, Monik is confident in her work. When she does something, she won’t stop until it’s done right!
Monik feels a positive client experience is always her first priority. She is very motivated to work for her clients and find them the perfect place to call home. A graduate of UIC with a finance degree, Monik has a strong background in finance and economics. Monik is also licensed General Contractor with the City Chicago and an active developer for the past 12 years. She uses this knowledge to help her clients through the real estate process from start to finish.
Monik works with a variety of buyers and sellers, but has extensive experience working with investors and developers. She has sold greystones, single family homes, two and four-unit buildings, as well as multi-unit buildings.
