"Morgan’s high-level professionalism and full commitment during the whole process really made a difference. I will definitely recommend her services again." - Alex

"Morgan has been a tremendous asset to my husband and I in our endeavor to find our first home. She is extremely responsive (usually within the hour) and always has answers to our plethora of questions. Morgan has an amazing work ethic and it really shines through in her work. We hit a few bumpy patches in the process with the sellers agent and Morgan used her negotiating tactics and charm to get us out of hairy situations. We are super grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her and will definitely continue to in the future!"

"Morgan was extremely instrumental in helping us find our dream home. She listened to our concerns, fears, wants, and needs. She dealt with late my late night texts which consisted of bouncing off ideas, asking endless questions, and voicing any concern I may have. She always had the answers or found out exactly the info I needed in a very short amount of time. Morgan's very personable and seems to understand her clients fully--she makes sure you get your dream home within the pricing you desire and even makes time for your out of the box requests--always making sure to put you first and fight for exactly what you're looking for. I would highly recommend working with Morgan, she's more like a friend than a broker, she is someone I'd like to have over for dinner now that I'm in my dream home (thanks to her)! My advice to whoever is reading this is to work with her, you won't regret it." -Sarah

About Morgan

Evidence of Morgan's well-earned reputation as an adept negotiator and uplifting presence is strewn throughout her clients’ testimonials & in the fact that she was recently the third-fastest-growing realtor in Hudson County.

She was raised on a farm in the poorest county of Iowa by entrepreneurial parents who transformed their lives throughout her upbringing. Their example made her view the world as a wonderful place for those who dare to work hard for their dreams and never lose their curiosity. Lucky enough to meet successful New Yorkers as a preteen, she dreamed of moving out east.

She attended Tufts University, where her experience of moving from a mostly white, mostly Christian, & mostly conservative farm town to a school where her best friends were mostly not white, not Christian, and not conservative made her hunger to understand as many people, cultures, and perspectives as possible. It is a passion that still guides her to this day. She graduated early with a degree in Anthropology, the study of cultures & what makes us all human.

She then moved to NYC, where she climbed the ladder in Film and TV until she realized it wasn't a ladder she wanted to continue to climb. At which point, she was given the opportunity to leap into the world of Finance, where she discovered the joy of investing.

Around the time she began working in finance, her parents, open-minded rebels that they are, moved from their sleepy little farm to the cliff above Hoboken, NJ. Her mother had worked her way to becoming the education consultant for Jazz at Lincoln Center and her father, who had become quite the accomplished entrepreneur in Iowa decided he wanted more out of his life than to stay there.

Her father started to work as a realtor, and two years later, Morgan joined him, because, as she told him at the time, she wanted to love her work but love who she did it with even more. Armed with an understanding of investments and a rich film experience to help her with the marketing, she flourished as a realtor. She and her father worked side-by-side for three years, before he and her mother decided to move to their next chapter in South Carolina.

In that time, Morgan fell so madly in love with being a Realtor and with her little pocket of northern New Jersey that she happily stayed behind with her loving boyfriend, who happens to be the most highly-referred home inspector in the area, and their 16yo Puggle.

She also hosts a podcast called The True Confidence Code about how to enjoy our lives to the fullest as our true selves.
