"Out of all the agents and real estate agencies I have worked with, my experience with Samuel was the best. This is for three reasons: 

1. Highly responsive. I reached out to Samuel because I needed to find a lease within a few days while I was not even in the US! Every consideration I had was met with incredible speed and efficiency at every turn. I had several showings lined up within a couple of days and even though I could not physically be at the showings, Samuel face timed me in to see the apartments. Every question I asked was immediately responded to within a few minutes. 

2. Focus on customer experience. Samuel's clear goal was to make the process as easy as possible and I felt very relaxed despite the generally unnerving circumstances! I truly think that I would have been infinitely more panicked during this process if not for Samuel's professionalism and expertise. 

3. Thoroughness. As a general check for the expansiveness of his searches for places that I would like, I had previously tried to find apartments weeks before to no avail, and all the top apartments that I identified were also identified by Samuel. Next time, I would choose to not waste so much time looking through places myself as I would be confident the span of apartments would be looked at. 

 An obvious consideration I had was the relatively higher fee amount of 10-15% (most of the places end up as 15% because if there is a listing agent, they split the fee in half at 7.5% each). I believe the additional cost is 100% worth it if you are unfamiliar with the market and desperately need a home.

The benefit of finding a good apartment without stress, particularly during the crazy summer months, really cannot be overstated. The real estate market in New York is quite sophisticated and it really helps to have an advocate on your side if you don't want to get chewed up!"
