About Nancy
Nancy Dixon brings over 35 years of business experience and a reputation for
impassioned service to each client. Nancy hails from Springfield, Mo., but has moved
throughout her life along the East Coast, Europe, and New Zealand.
During her lengthy career, she’s been an executive in advertising, public relations, and corporate marketing. In community affairs, Nancy has headed events for Norfolk (Va.) Harborfest and more locally in Florida, activities for the Naples Winter Wine Festival and the Boston Red Sox Charity Golf Tournament. Formerly, she also taught marketing and public relations at Florida Gulf Coast University.
A longtime Florida resident (28 years), Nancy knows every part of the state. Her move to The Greater Tampa area (Lake Jovita Country Club) brings a deep affinity for the Florida lifestyle and a background in architectural styles, including upscale interior design. A veteran negotiator of corporate contracts, she also brings superb attention to detail in every transaction. Quite simply, she’s a go-to person in residential real estate, start to finish.
Nancy resides with her husband, Rick, an accomplished advertising executive.
