I have been a licensed Realtor for over 35 years, first as a Mortgage Broker for over 20 years, the last 15 years representing buyers and sellers find and sell their most important investment. The greatest satisfaction for me in Real Estate sales has been when I have connected with a client and their needs, and successfully guide them through the search or sale of their home. As a former Mortgage Broker I bring a unique perspective to Real Estate sales, always considering all the possibilities for each property, as many buyers dream of a buy and hold strategy, holding their homes as rentals in the future when they move up to their next home. Helping buyers understand what will make a great rental is key to a good long term investment. With sellers I have the knowledge and resources to help guide who to consult with before making the decision to sell, good sound advice from a professional could make the difference between financial success or failure.
