Natallia Strukava is a seasoned Real Estate professional who provides her clients with exceptional real estate service and brings them maximum benefits in the minimal amount of time. Natallia chose real estate for herself because of her passion for the industry and desire to help people find a place to call home. With over 10 years of experience Natallia knows the industry inside and out: she has been with Douglas Elliman & Spire Group prior to joining Compass, has worked as an office manager for a brokerage firm training and coaching a team of 60 agents, as a manager in a real estate school and as a listings consultant in Douglas Elliman.
