N’dea returned home to New York after completing her undergraduate degree at Tufts University in the Boston area. Inspired to stay in New York by her love for the city, N’dea studied at Columbia Law School to earn her Juris Doctor. Prior to joining Compass, N’dea was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. There she focused her practice on advising clients in media & entertainment, financial, and technology industries on complex regulatory and internal investigations as well as in high-stakes civil litigation.
N’dea’s background in advocacy and client service has contributed to her acute attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset that allows her to be highly responsive to her client’s needs.
N’dea currently lives in Harlem and remains well versed in neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens, where she spent her youth. N’dea is a foodie at heart and loves finding new restaurants in the city but also enjoys local adventures with her partner and their two pups.
